What is your shipping policy?

Shipping is a flat rate £3 to mainland UK. Delivery will be within 3-5 working days via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

If you need your order quicker, please let me know and I'll do my best to get it sent out as soon as I can.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, we only currently ship within the UK.

What is your returns policy?

If you're are not satisfied with your purchase we can refund or exchange the item witthin 28 days of purchase - the item must be unused and in sellable condition with the original packaging.

For items being refunded we can only refund the cost of the item not the shipping

When an item is being returned to us, we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

For items you want to exchange/refunded - you are responsible for the shipping costs to send it to us and you are responsible for the shipping costs to be sent back to you
